we are having great difficulty making our scanner work, we have dowloaded the five file for the mustek 1200 ub scanner for windows xp, when we try to open the download number 1 it tells us to install 2nd disck???? the original instalation disk doesnt work either please reply to chrisambridge@hotmail.com Thanks in advance Chris
