I upgraded to xp, and my older Mustek 1200 ub (scanner) original software won't load. States instalation prg is only for win 2000. Tryed loading in 95,98,2000 compatability mode still no go. Mustek help stinks (non existant)Got updated driver installed but not "Instant access panel" Any sugestions? Thanks

First switch setting back to winxp uninstall all the old drivers of mustek on your system. (Ad-remove)restart then install the drivers from Mustek. Here is the link...http://www.mustek.com/Support/winxp.html These drivers work if you download all 5 files from Mustek. I have tried them and they work great.

Hi there, I have been running the 2000 drivers with a patch that will install them on XP. If you send a email I can send you this patch Richard
I done that and it worked (but not the one down loaded from Mustek as it said it couldnt find disk two) anyhow I want to install factory prg Instant access panel from my factory cd and cant. Sorry for not posting clearly Thanks
