Multiple user mix-up in XPPro

I have recently installed XPPro/OfficeXP & now starting to get my head around it. Being a family of 4 (we all use the one PC) i have set up a 'user account' for each of us (with myself as administrator & 'limited' for the others. We each have the nice fluffy pictures & have configured our individual desktops just the way we want them however - if i go into Windows Explorer (under my user a/c)i see such folders as 'documents & settings/all users' etc. Surely these can be viewed (and changed)by any other user from within their own windows explorers? Could someone please inform me what the difference is(or indeed the use)of all these wonderful new set-ups within Windows Explorer. What are the interdependencies between users & what's the diffs between an 'Administrator user' & one with 'limited' access? Ta.
