Constantly reboots Mup.sys is the last file to be listed. The drives are PGP encrypted. We now have 4 of the suckers exhibiting this. All are commercial pre-built images not normal XP installs.(About 40 odd others are fine....)

What bothers me is the number of this same issue. I'd suspect a virus or worm. Take all of them off network and reload from known original sources would be my best choice. Then take drastic actions to monitor all media and lan/wan for source of this.

Try booting to xp disk and use repair. Any disk that is same version and level would do fine. Mup.sys is normally some driver.

May be possible to use a bartsPE to attempt a restore point.
