multiple IP profiles in XP home

I'm running Win XP Home, and there is no way to manage different IP configurations easily - everytime I move to a different location I have to type in the IP address, Gateway, and DNS manually. Is there a way to automate this with a DOS script for example?? Like typing a one line command that sets up the entire profile? Thanks
