Dear Experts,
the my documents folder in my PC now appears:-
on the desktop as my documents,
also as Freddy's docs
and buried inside documents and settings, user Freddy My documents.

My problem is not just having three versions, but they have different numbers of archives in each one.

So I'd like to know where in windows you define the one and oly genuine my documents folder.

Ideally I'd like to have it on the desktop if this is possible, because the access typing to get at the version hidden inside the documents and settings folder is a bit long.

Bye and thanks
Fred
