Is there anyway to get rid of or disable it in XP? My PC is SINGLE user, and all that multiple user junk just gets in my way and makes files harder to find.
TIA

I didnt create any other users, but XP seems to delegate files to separate users anyway, all three named Documents and Settings/All Users/ Authorized Customer. If I delete one of them, I lose access to the files XP has sent there. And it seems to choose at random where to save some things, especially the things I save to desktop. So no, the answer isnt obvious to me. Ive had this upgrade installed only a few weeks, and it gets more confusing every time i use it. The original OS is WinME, so going back to that disaster is not an option.
I think this is what keeps my Task Manager from running too. Every time I restart I get the message: Task Scheduler was unable to run some tasks, you may try to run them within the task manager. When I enable them in Task Manager it asks for the users password. Theres only one user, and Ived created no passwords.
Thats one of many problems Im having with this multi user junk.
