multi language

Specs: Windows XP
Whenever I switch my pc on and get to my desktop I always get a pop up box that says Load Multi language failed, with a yellow warning sign. It is really annoying and I would like to get rid of it, is there any way to do so?

Do you see the Language Bar in your system tray? If so, you can go into the settings and disable it.

Hi thanks for your reply, if you mean the tray at the bottom right of the monitor which can be expanded then no there is no language bar there.

Then it is obviously the result of some program you recently installed. If you don't remember the program name, you will need to use Diagnostic and Selection startup modes using System Configuration utility (or MSCONFIG0. Look HERE for detailed instructions.
