mui.cab problems

OS: Windows XP
CPU/Ram: Celeron 900/ 256 RAM

when scanning for viruses, scan program stops on mui.cab located in CABS/Win_9 and then stops scan completely. Also, when trying to install other anti virus programs such as Ad-aware 6, the entire system stops resonding. When I investigate in task manager, CPU usage is at 100%.

Matt: the mui.cab problem appears to be one of the victims of the Surfbar Trojan.
