My AV regnized it as a virus (trojan) only performing a scan after reboot and previous to the Win to completely start (sorry for my english). You should have taken it downloading a win-security-update, I suppose.
I've checked it and I've noticed that it places several registry keys, so it's difficult to manually remove it.
The right sequence might be the following one (..if your AV doesn't recognizes it):
1) stop the service from task manager
2) delete the muamgrd.exe file that should be located in win\system32 (check for other location where it could be copied to: I've also found a copy on the main win dir, where the name was muamgrd.exe.in or something similar )
3) option: run regedit.exe and find the 'muamgrd' strings (you should find at least 4 different keys
4) delete all the keys that contain the link to that program

When I was infected by muamgrd I also got infected by a couple of similar trojans and worms, that my AV didn't detect performing a normal scan and it only could remove them scanning the HD after reboot.(one of them was masked as a Nvidia driver)

It looks like a spybot virus. Trend microsystems calls it worm.rbot.hr

http://www.trendmicro.com/vinfo/virusencyclo/default5.asp?VName=WORM_RBOT.HR Hope this helps. I managed to stop it so far by stopping the process and removing the entry from the registry HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Current Version\Run. Also did a search of the registry for the EXE and removed all instances of it before restarting.
