Tried to start OE this morning and got the error that msoe.dll could not be found. I was able to find 5 of them in various folders. I wonder why folder OE was looking in? Anybody know? If I copied one of the 5 to the correct folder that may solve the problem. Bill

I read the message at the URL you provided. It recommends that I uninstall the current OE and manually install a fres OE. Sounds good but I cannot find the OE in ....Control Panel...Add or Remove Programs , so how do I remove it? Bill
