I suddenly got an issue with my computer when i click on anything, it says unable to locate component because it is failed to load msnulp.dll is missing or not found

magiclogix, FYI,FWIW I searched the M$ knowledge base and got "There are no documents that match your search for "msnulp.dll"". No idea what it might be. How do you feel about editing the registry? HTH. Ed in Texas.

Are you sure you dont meen msnp32.dll ?
I have looked up this error an I can't find any errors with the DLL file msnup.dll only msnp.dll, but it looks like the msnp.dll is an error for Win 98, but I found msnp32.dll here is the resolve solution for msnp32.dll

I can edit registry, could you please let me know what do u want me to edit. It is for sure msnulp.dll and it is weird, my computer was fine on Friday but when i came in Monday morning i started seeing the error.
