msn trouble

everytime i log on, the troubleshoot came out. when i repair it, there's problem with the wireless...
please help!

Check on the following areas

A)Try to see if you have a firewall switched on

B)Are you using a router or standard ADSL modem?

C)You have not provided any OS+RAM+CPU info whereby the task of helping you is at minimal.

D)Try to re-install MSN

E)Try in your wireless setup to have port forwarding of your MSN.Please visit the MSN messenger site and click on their troubleshooting guide.

=don't have one

=don't think so, but i didn't changed anything,the msn used to work, but one day it just jammed.
