Hi,

My friend is trying 'Remote Assistant' in msn Messenger so that I can help in solving some issue in his PC. I accept the request, but later it never gets connected. The message 'Check network or remote end cancelled' appears...

I am using wireless internet connection and so is my friend. ISP is terminating on a home-router.
And we tried disabling anti-virus at both our machines...

Any resolution?

Thanks

ZI

You may need to Port Foward on the Router and/or Windows Firewall.
