Hi everybody. Does anyone know of any known issues with msn messenger 7.5? Here's a breakdown of my problems:- Sometimes my computer just locks up, I think its caused by msn because usually msn stops working a couple of minutes before my system locks up. My sound stops working, this has only ever happened while msn has been running. Sometimes, when i shutdown my computer, I get the msmsgr(i think its that, very similar anyway)is not responding, even when msn is not running(has been exited from quick launch icon).Ive tried the old un-install, re-install but no joy.Any help please? P4 2.6gig, Gigabyte GA-8S648Fxm m/b, 512mb Nanya pc2700 RAM 80gig hdd, Ati radeon 9600 256mb graphics

Hi, I don't know what the problem might be, but the messenger that is shutting down, is probably windows messenger which is not msn messenger, it is a pain and is always open unless you don't allow it to open. There is a little program called disablemessenger, I think. It could help you close that program down so you can see if that is the problem and even if you don't allow it to start up, it doesn't affect your msn messenger program. Ray
