I've just upated it to the newest version and i setup a .net passport. Whenever i start my computer it connects automatically...and signs me in automatically. I really don't want that to happen. I am using the PRO edition of xp. So i don't think there's a password management thing...

any help would be great thanks~

What that is is a setting from Within messanger. I Had the same problem the other week. What you go is got to Tool-Accounts, or Tools-Options or one of those. One of the, has an account box for a hotmail address and password. If you enter one it will wlays use that automatically And log in with it, it should say somewhere around there, it is hard trying to visualise it is my head but all the options are in there, have a look at a couple of the other tabs on that dialog box also, they contain similar options. Hope that was of some help.!

MSN Messenger starts up automatically every time you start Windows. In the MSN Messenger Service window, choose Tools, Options. Now click the Preferences tab and clear the check mark from the box that reads Run this program when Windows starts.
