And now when ever I press View my buddies on msn explorer a site comes up! this never happen when I had msn messenger (4.6.0079), when ever I used the messenger icon on msn explorer my normal good looking messenger with the emoctions and video features poped up! this doesnt happen any more... and now when ever I sign out of msn explorer msn messenger signs out to.... this did not happen with the older version!!! can anybody tell me where I can get (4.6.0079) for msn messenger!!!, or if someone has the solution... it would be great... I love msn messenger and msn explorer!!!! Thanx

I just put the new MSN mesenger on my wife's computer and it works fine. It still has all the same features. Maybe something went wrong with your install. You could try uninstalling it and reinstalling. I don't think you should have to uninstall MSN Explorer. But if you do when you reinstall MSN Explorer Microsoft remembers all your settings, favorites etc. and puts them back for you when you log in.

If you are troubleshooting and need to remove MSN Messenger Service from your computer, you can uninstall it.
1. Click the MSN Messenger Service icon in the taskbar, and then click Shut Down MSN Messenger.
2. Click the Windows Start button, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
3. Double-click Add/Remove Programs.
4. Select MSN Messenger Service from the list, and click the Add/Remove button.
