I have installed MSN messenger 6. Everything is working fine except that others can not see my webcam. All I get is just a black screen where the video should be. I ran the video wizzard and everything is fine. I can see my friend's cam and have voice conversation but my cam refuse to broadcast any picture. I don't have any problems ne with yahoo messenger. I've search this forum for an answer but could not come up with a solution. I've read that maybe my firewall may be the culprit. If so how to I rectify the problem? I have Sygate Personal firewall Pro. My webcam is from Creative and is made to work with msn or yahoo. We both have the same version of xp and msn. Thank you

You should disable your fire wall. On your task bar click right on the fire wall icon and click on disable before you try to invite another for a video or audio conversation. When you are done with the conversation then re-enable your fire wall. Sometimes it could just be bad luck and a server problem. Also you might try to reinstall your camera. Good luck!!!
