MSN EXPLORER DOES NOT DELIVER THE MAIL

When I open up MSN EXLORER and click on the Mail envelope I do not get any mail delivered. I just get message "LOADING'

PATIENCE ...LOI, I have waited for periods of one minute To an hour. I have contacted microsoft About twenty times and they have escellated it Up to BILL GATES, and this problem has not Been solved --- about a months time has elapsed and no results. I would greatly Appreciated for some one to solve this problem. I am running -xp-home edition ---

Try getting it via standard Internet Explorer by pointing it to www.hotmail.com, or alternatively, you may also setup Outlook Express to get it.
I realise this defeats the object of using MSN Explorer, it being the "one-stop-shop" application for internet use (although I find it limiting) but you can at least eliminate Hotmail itself from your list of suspects.

Scouseknight, Thank you for your interest. I have followed the procedures you mention, I do get my E-mail, but I like to use MSN EXPLORER. I MUST HAVE RECEIVED TWO DOZEN FIXES FROM MICROSOFT, but none have worked. BILL B
