i have a friend whose computer keeps disconnecting her from MSN and AIM. the computers at her house are networked together and she says she's tried to sign on MSN with her mom's computer and her sister's, but it still does it. i told her it might be her internet, but i'm not sure. any ideas on what could be wrong?

Hi, could well be a connection problem if both computer have ICS enabled. However check your MSN and AIM settings and make sure the correct connection port is selected, it may be worth specifying ur own port, one you could use is port number 80, used for web browsing purposes but is suitable enough for instant messaging programs, also check any firewall settings you may have enabled. Good Luck
