Comment:

When I load either IE 6.0 or Windows Explorer, the msiexec.exe program activates and then goes away. It was trying to load MS Money msi, but I deleted those references from the registry. Now, as I mentioned, it still starts but quits right away. I have tried the options that have been listed under Msiexec problems, but none have worked. Does anyone know how to stop Msiexec from running each time I start IE, go to a linked page, or use Windows explorer?
