Hi Guys, Whenever I go into msconfig to check anything (not change it)all my services get "disabled" I'm running a selective startup

Try accessing the services screen via Start -> Run -> type "services.msc" and see if it's different.
All the services can't be disabled cause the computer wouldn't boot probably or you'd get errors. There are some very critical services in that list. Selective startup in mscongfig is ok that's normal.
