msconfig link in startup broken

my msconfig link in startup is broken and so I have to access msconfig in windows/PCHealth
does anyone know how to get msconfig link working back in start/run

If you have an xp install disc (no restore) then you might try in the run box type
"SFC /scannow" without the "" and notice the space. This will restore file system back to normal.
