Using MS Office Word 2003 - I want to place a name and address header only on the first page of my multi-page document. I've checked my 2003 Dummies Book and have read some of the MS Office Internet help info, but have still not been successful.

My question: How do I create a header for page 1 only?

If you can't find a way, you could try this work around. Set the margins for the real Header section to zero, then manually create your own Header.
