I have two computers one desktop and one Laptop. I have email acount that I set up both computers. I come to work I read my new emails. Then go home and try to read them(the same account the laptop)but nothing is there.At same time wen I am home and read new mail in my laptop account and go back to work I can not retrieve them from the Desktop.Help, if anyone nows article or help files I can read or tell me how to solve this.NB: I have MS outlook XP edition

What type of account are you using POP or IMAP, because it depends on it.

Any time you download a message in outlook, that message only exists on the computer you downloaded it into. You can make the messages available on both computers by going into your advanced account properties...

Tools -> Email Accounts -> Change -> More Settings -> Advanced

Then check "leave a copy of messages on server" and your choice of the two other options... make sure you check at least one of the secondary options, as otherwise your web email box will fill up in no time at all.
