I reinstalled XP home, installed servicepack 1 and tried to reinstall the msblaster patch. It gave an error: cannot determine contents update.inf, Make sure the cryptographic service is running. I checked with msconfig. The service IS running!! I tried several times to install the patch and even redownloaded it. Stil not able to install. I got the terrifying Remote Access Procedure shutdown message several times. Norton antivirus with the latest defs says thereīs no virus. Also the MSBlaster fx from norton says it canīt find MSBlaster on my pc after the scan. HELP PLEASE...
