Good day,
I have a user who is unable to print from access 2003 and only this application. When he goes to file>>print nothing happens. When he clicks on the print icon nothing happens but there is a box that comes up that states " no printer". All other applications work correctly when printing. This is a shared database and nobody else has the problem just this user. Any ideas.

Have you tried renaming his local profile and having him log back in to recreate it?

I have not because tried that yet. But before i even take that step do you know what it might be or should I just do a blanket fix like the solution you recommended. If it is indeed the profile do you know why it might happen. Do profiles get corrupted like this ?

Profiles get corrupt all the time. There's not always a way to determine how/when/why.
That's the simplest and quickest fix.
