Mpeg4 file Tag 5376

CPU/Ram: Pentium4/768DDR

I have some Mpeg4 files that I would like to watch but cannot find a player that will allow me to.If I use divx,I can watch the files but I get no audio.I get "The file you are trying to play has audio not recognized by Divx player,the file contains the following type of data:Audio tag,Tag 5376.You may need to install a new audio codec to listen to the audio"
Please refer me to somewhere I can get the correct codecs for this.
