Hi,
Could you recommend me some MP3 players with:
1. 128/256 MB Flash memory
2. FM-radio
3. Voice recording+FM recording
4. Can be used like a USB Flash disk
Remote control and Li-ON battery could be like bonus
Price around 90Euros/120USDs

get a minidisc player from Sony. it doesn't use flash memory, but it has/does everything else you wanted (radio, recordings, usb, remote, etc...).
Each disk holds 6hours of music.
it's around USD$125-150
