mp3 management sw preference??

what is the going preferred software program for managing about 80GB of mp3's? by managing I mean ensuring each file is what it is named, eliminating duplicates, and perhaps renaming files in batches via ID3 tags also.
Thanks! Chuck I just finished backing up my current CD collection to 2 of my hard drives for preservation purposes as scratches seem truly inevitable for some reason. I feel better now that I have two 160GB drives to keep all that secure. that's way too many hours spent using two cd drives ripping many hundreds of cd's. oy.
I eventually want to look into the idea I saw on a linksys advertisement about setting up a wireless interface b/t my computer and my home stereo system. that sounds pretty slick. :) cd's are such an inconvenience. (not necessarily going to use linksys per se, just an idea for now).
