I am using a colby 4 gig player...

it's missing an INF file at the C:\ drive and won't let me access the website...

which is www.colbyusa.com
I can't figure out which inf file it is

i pluggged it in, told me there was an error in regards to the inf and never shows up anywhere

the driver can't be detected either... i can try replugging it in but it will do the same thing.

which inf file is this? so i can download it

i don't even know how it got deleted, anyways...

Could someone give me a list of inf files that are usually associated with external storage device.. like an mp3 player :o
so i can tell which ones are missing... thank you.

sorry this is a fairly new computer but im getting constant pop ups and other stuff lol XP

Go to Coby support then download and install the driver for your mp3 player.
