Could someone please explain how I might move the windows directory to another drive, which tools work best, and how I can move it while keeping about 140 gigs of software still operating with WinXP after it has been migrated?

I just want to move the OS to its own har drive. Is there a safe and easy way to do this? I will settle for safe and forgo easy if there is no choice.

Also, what are the benefits to putting WinXP on its own Hard Drive while the software programs are on another? It seems that we are suffering from performance issues as the current setup is WinXP is on the same drive as the programs which are running.

Your Advice is greatly appreciated. Please email me at kcurran@journeyeast.org

Thank you,

Keith

Keith,
It's not worth it, even if there was a way. IF there is a way 140gigs of software have to be "reconfig'ed" to work w/ the OS that's now on a different drive. I'm trying to think of a way....
