Does anyone know how I can move programs from one drive to the other?
you cannot unless you clone the entire drive, when you install a program it places info in the registry, system folder, system folder32, root of c or root of windows, and maybe the device manager it it's hardware related. only exception is a standalone program.

Which program? Can you run the install again, and when it asks you where to install to, choose what ever drive you want.

COA2 from PC Mag for a small price can do it in WinNT4 and Win2K. It does not mention WinXP but...it is older than XP.
Otherwise you can do a simple test. Try moving the program's folder to the other partition/drive and if it moves without any popup warning then it is Ok. Otherwise you will get a warning about the registry being effected. Those can not be moved without a program like COA2.
I thought that there was another free and similar program around but can not remember the name or source.
