moving $NTUninstall folders

There are several $NTUninstall folders in the systemroot on C partition. There is hardly any space remaining on C partition now and I would like to move the $NTUnistall folders to D partition. How can this be done?

Just delete them. There not used after installes are complete (security patches etc.). Their created during install incase something goes wrong and you want to uninstall the patch.
