moving address bar

Tool bar lock is off. I right click on address bar which is to the right. I want it to the left. It won't move.

JAFA, On the left of the word Address you should see a dotted verticle line. Put your cursor(pointer)over that dotted verticle line till it turns into a 2 sided arrow then hold your lrft mouse button down and try dragging to the left. If it goes to where you want it then release the left mouse button and Lock the Toolbars again.

I tried that. There's no room for the arrow to go when it doubles up. It won't move.

JAFA, You could go to the link below and under the letter "T" scroll down to "Toolbar - Missing" nad download the "Toolbar Repair Utility" then run it. It may possibly correct the problem although you should be able to drag (downward, right,left)it if you see that dotted verticle line.
