I download many english movies but i cant play them properly.i use VLC player to play my avi files. The motion of the movie flickers . Its just like as if it is buffering. One scene just strucks and the sound keep continuing and suddenly after some time the movie jumps to the next scene and again strucks. ksandesh_k, MEMORY? Videos use up a LOT of memory. Jerky, sound on wrong frame, etc. makes me think of buffering (employed when memory runs out). See if adding memory doesn't help. Know somebody with more? See if they can play it satisfactorily first before purchasing more. It's been my experience that where graphics are concerned, there's no such thing as 'too much memory'.
