Move XP offline files location

Under W2K Pro the cachemov.exe utility made it possible to move the offline files from the default location C:\windows\CSC to a different partition D:\ or whatever. Is there a similar utility that is available under WXP Pro ? If so where can I get it. Thanks for your replies. Marc
