move to or send to any folder

Does anyone know how to get the feature of move to or send to any folder in Vista. Haven't been able to find out how to do this yet.

The Move To and Send To can only be added to the right-click content menu. I hope you are familiar with using Vista Registry editor before you apply the suggested fix below...
