User Filippo was a local user of a PC joined to a workgroup. Now the PC has been added to a domain and
a a new user domain has been created for replacing the local user. Local user has created many directories and files outside the Document and settings directory and modified their ACL.I'm looking for the best and easy way to replace local user Filippo with the new domain user in every ACL.
Can somebody help please ?
I tryed with subinacl in 2003 server resource kit but it doesn't work and above all I'm looking for a solution which can be used with 2000 professional operating systems too, while subinacl requires XP professional or 2003 server.

Do you mean you want to have the profiles be the same or do you want the file permissions to the miscellaneous-created folders to be changed?
Soylent Green is PEOPLE!!!

I have already copied the profile from local user to domain user.
Unfortunately the domain user cannot access some needed files (directly or indirectlyt using some applications) because they are owned by the local user and the domain user doen't have the permission to read.
Domain user is also local administrators so he can take the ownership of files and dirs and then change the permissions, but I'm lookuinh for an automatic tool to do this once for all. Thanks
