Hello,
I have a mouse that seems to keep jumping to the corners of the screen. I have looked at the settings and can find nothing that can stop this. I have a mouse pad which I can turn off, and still the mouse will jump to the corners at random.
Sometimes the mouse will be very slow to move a button or a link.

Never have I had my mouse jump off the corners of the screen! Sounds like you need some exterminating. I do know that there are several prank programs out there that might cause that sort of behavior. Someone planted your machine!
