Hi, I am having a weird issue with the mouse. It freezes here and there and I am not sure what’s causing it. It freezes for few seconds and then it comes back to normal. I installed new ram and that did not do it. Do you think it’s a motherboard issue, or just an operating system problem? Other then that issue the system is running great. Thank you.

Just checking with a few questions... Do you have the latest mouse drivers installed for the mouse? Do you have the latest drivers for your motherboard installed? Do you have the latest display drivers installed?

If it is a manual mouse with a ball, try cleaning the dust off of the ball.
