This modem will not work in XP. Forget all about the lack of digital signature, which is not the problem.
These modems were made by Motorola, and sold out to a number of companies (such as Genius). The line has been discontinued. I had one and even Genius told me to forget it. I did manage to get it up and running for a day or two using the Win 2000 drivers. But then it just stopped running.
i had the same problem spend 2 days working with drivers and you cant get it to work on anything higher than ME they stopped making it stopped making drivers and stopped offering tech support on it.

After three days looking on the net for anything anyway anyhow to fix this stupid motorola modem problem with xp FINALY AM ONLINE NOW with xp and this is the frst site i browzed to help u all ....and to thank DELL for this driver.....the driver is Dell v.90 ....
