superglue while in the liguid form will cause the board to short out. but after it thouroughly dries it will act as an insulator and not allow conductivity across contact points.
Hope that helps you out

o-i-got-it, my gut says it'll be allright. Most motherboards I've had dealimgs with are made from phenolic, which will be unharmed by superglue.
A possible problem you may want to consider is the properties of superglue. It was designed to stick together two smooth surfaces (for that, does a fine job). It falls down badly when there are gaps to fill.
Usually, phenolic breaks unevenly and leaves rather large gaps. Epoxy might be a better adhesive for the job than superglue as it's extremely strong AND can bridge gaps while maintaing it's strength. BTDT.

Crazy glue works fine in fact I used it yesterday, but epoxy works much better if nothing else you have more time to adjust what your glueing before it dries, epoxy depending on the type can take between 5mins to 1hr to setup.

Having a motherboard stuck to you hand with crazy glue is a nightmare...
