Perhaps I'm going nuts....just switched monitors from a Sony CPD240/B to a NEC FE 791SB-BK in XP but the monitor still shows up as a Sony ! Should I have removed the sony from device manager first ? Shows up correct in 2000pro and Win98se. I triple boot.
