monitor wavy after intalle driver

Recently Iinstalled ATI driver for my card, it does not ask to restart ,working fine when restart monitor is wavy i can not see any thing so go safe mode try uninsatlle the driver i can not ( safe mode i do not see any wave) How can I fix this. Thanks. Ruban.

Your refresh rate is not set right. Post this in the Vista forum for how to change the settings.
