I support several small companies 10 pc's or less and I need an effective way to monitor their servers and workstations remotely for TCP/IP connectivity, service failures, event log warnings, etc... I have found several programs that will do this inside a LAN but nothing good that will monitor a local environment and forward that information to a machine on the Internet.
