Hi, i recently installed a new AGP Nvidia Geforce FX 5200, when waving my mouse over internet images the mouse tends to "judder" or slow down abit, my thoery is its something to do with my monitor refresh rate, as the monitor it connected to at the moment can only achieive 60hz, until i get my new one, however i dont get this type of problem when running games. Anyone had this problem or any ideas on what it might be or how to fix it? Thanx all

2 things that I can think of
1.Turn off the effects of the pointer(shadow or such, so it's a plain arrow).
2.In internet options turn off the automatic resize of pictures and Image toolbar on the advanced tab.
