I was setting up my own power schemes, and during the process i deleted all the monitor schemes. Now i can't create any new ones, also the killer is my monitor goes to standby automatically after 10mins. Not really a problem unless im watching a movie. Which really kills the movie.! I searched to see if their is a fix for it or to even see if anyone else has had this rare problem for XP. No luck yet! If anyone can help me... Thanks in advance!!

Is it not possible to restore your system to a previous condition before you made the changes or havent you any restore points? Another suggestion is, is it possible to copy the monitor power scheme from another PC running XP to yours. You will obviously have to find out what the file is called but after that it shouldnt be a problem. If we could find out what it is I could send you a copy of mine.
