I am using Windows XP Home 2002 w/SP3 everytime I restart my computer this process runs continuosly and keeps my cpu usage at or near 100%. I always end the process so I can use the computer, but I want to find out: Why is this? What can I do about it?
Have u tried to boot pc in safe mode what was the result ??? if this problem does not occurs in safe mode that means the process is installed while booting windows. you can control process by Start ---- Run---- msconfig----- startup disable conflict process and reboot the system.
