monitor display is yellow help!!!!!

when i startup the computer the monitor displays everything in yellow. i am using lcd monitor is it got to do with the lcd monitor. when i plug in/out the power cable and the monitor cable it seems to work. is my lcd monitor failing what is causing this any help would be extrremely beneficial thanks winxp pro sis 64mb video memory ram 256

Your energy saver is not shutting off. Or the smart signaling is not detecting the SCreen. For craps & ha ha's. Re-seat your video card. Ya never know.

this happened to me too. my monitor wasn't plugged in all the way into the computer, and it made everything yellow
